> currently the #28 bus has been detoured due to the road closure on Winchester st. This has resulted in a bus no following the detour, hitting a car & having to reverse down the hill. the detour means they now have to go down Exeter which, is essentially one way at the section of road where it leaves dublin st, this has meant cars have to reverse back to allow the bus past. the detour is dangerous. why can't the buses use dublin st - London st & then rejoin the bus route at Winchester?
