> This is now a Health and Safety matter. The slime on the footpath has been growing for three weeks now, and is seriously dangerous. Also the water has been flowing for three weeks. And this is my fifth complaint. FIFTH COMPLAINT!!! I thought we were supposed to be conserving water? As I have said before, what is stopping you fixing it? This is what I pay my rates for. Please reply ASAP.
