> Hi my neighbour at 20 Richards Avenue does not seem to be conserving water and I have just noticed that there are now water restrictions in place, this amount of water comes out of her property most days, enough as you can see to fill the drains in the road as if there has been heavy rain. Concerning as we are now on water restrictions
