> The stormwater lateral from 24 Winchester Street used to go behind the retaining wall by the footpath but has just been replaced in front of the wall. I think it should be relaid so that it goes behind the wall, out of sight. There is also very little cover over the pipe as it crosses the footpath. I've already discussed this with Alan Cameron at CCC. It's his area of responsibility and he asked me to lodge this request. Can the outcome of this CSR please be advised to me?
