> Rugby Street gets busier every year. Turning right onto Rossall Street is very difficult in the mornings. There is a lot of traffic wanting to turn left and right out of Rugby St. It is difficult as there is always a car parked near the corner, meaning the traffic can’t split into a left turning queue and right turning queue. The same car is just always parked there, a Ford. I think the yellow lines need to extended away from the corner.
