> I logged a request for service; the road was chipsealed afterwards as part of preprogrammed works; I pointed out to the city engineer that it did not fix the street; the response was he was satisfied with the quality; as can be seen from the pictures it’s not a very good outcome. The roughness is severe especially for people on bikes and there are more potholes developing just weeks after the chipseal. The engineer claimed that we would get 25 years of life out of this chipseal. It is actually rougher than before. Thank you.
