Very quiet place, no traffic noise, with flat drive in drive out campervan/caravan sites. Good water pressure. Would be awesome for families in summer with the river and the bush right there. A nice bush walk starts and finishes at the campground. Bring your golf clubs, the golf course is only a stones throw away.
Mark Eagle, 3 months agoSpectators bar and restaurant provided brilliant pub food with generous servings and so much choice. A live band played a variety of original NZ music while the race crowd placed bets and watched the races on numerous screens and or live on the harness raceway adjoining. A great night of quality food and entertainment.
