What this actually is
Every other feed on this site is a problem arriving. This is the only one that is a problem leaving. MyCouncilTicket is the council’s internal work-order system, six hundred and seventy thousand tickets back to September 2018, and it carries the resolved date as well as the reported one, so a row here can say “sewer fault repaired, took two hours” rather than merely that something was closed. It is a different stream from the reports above: those are public submissions with a photo and free text, these are internal orders with a category, a ward and two timestamps, and nothing identifying, which is why this one can be published as it comes. The verbs are ours. Most of this work is not “fixed”: a dog is collected, litter is cleared, a berm is mowed, and “Found dog fixed” reads like a machine wrote it, because one did.
