• I am absolutely appalled by the customer service I received in your retail shop this morning. The lady serving me was exceptionally rude, impatient, and discourteous from the moment I approached the counter. Her attitude was so unwelcoming that it made me feel like I was a burden rather than a valued customer. I went into your shop intending to buy smoked salmon, but because of the way I was treated, I walked out without purchasing anything. • I visited the salmon shop today and was impressed by the quality of the salmon, which was fresh and excellent. However, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. We politely asked whether there were any larger pieces available in the back. I understand that staff may be busy and may receive the same questions many times throughout the day, but the staff member who assisted us seemed impatient and dismissive.
