I ordered using the kiosk and had a good experience at Burger King Carlton. The ordering process was quick and easy, and the staff brought my food out promptly when it was ready. The meal was fresh, hot, and tasted great. Overall, a smooth and convenient visit for fast food. Happy to come back again.
Krishneel Mishra, 4 months agoI went inside to order and immediately felt like I was in a dystopian sci-fi movie because you cant see any human beings who work there; the ordering counter is this tiny little window with a blank wall behind it, and had to ring a bell 3 times over a >5 minute period before somebody finally came out to serve me. Dear BK, if you're gonna remove all visual sightlines between staff and customer (why??) at least implement a way for the customer to signal they want to give you their money... Very creepy and unsettling store design. I do not recommend entering this branch at all if you want to main
R Dub, 5 months agoThe newly renovated space is clean and welcoming, and the friendly staff always make you feel welcome with their positive energy. It's one of my favorite places to enjoy a Whopper, and I always look forward to coming back. 😊
