  • Family meal, very hot day was nice to sit inside and feel cool. The wait staff was lovely, very efficient and professional. We enjoyed our mains good value for money. I ordered the loaded wedges on the bar menu. Man those wedges just kept coming lol sour cream and cheese under the top wedges... happy days!! I took half home because I was full. We really enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere. The toilets were very clean. Parking was tight and saw cars tucked into the waitomo next door. Nice wee pub will go back.Simone Templeton, 12 months ago
  • Had a networking lunch on a Monday afternoon and it was very nice. Had the lunch special schnitzel... very tasty, nice gravy, and plenty of it. Walked out satisfied. I'm sure the atmosphere is far better at different times... was understandably pretty quiet Monday lunchtime, but it was warm, music was not intrusive, and service was good.Simon Teague, 5 months ago

The staff in the restaurant are fabulous - both friendly and accomodating. Preet needs a special mention as she was lovely. My husband had the lamb shanks and he loved it he just wanted more sauce! I had a ribeye steak - there was something odd about it and I couldn’t eat the first one - the second one was better. We also ordered the churros for dessert and they were delicious - they were slightly undercooked in the middle which made them taste so good! Seemed to be a popuJanita Patrick, a year ago
