Quality and making of clothes do not live up to price. Army of junior retail floor team members and the leader looking super PROUD because they stand in the centre counter and with a less approaching , inclusive vibe than H&M and another lower priced clothing labels. It is a shame as the concept of LJ and total branding is exceptional. But again, it does not concern me at all because only the increase/decrease of sales would be the trigger to change/before the label are able to make a change.
Go Pro, a year agoStunning new store! Such a great vibe in the store with a good range to look at. Also very clean! Gerry is such a great help in store. Her friendly and knowledgeable approach is amazing! She truly makes you feel welcome in the store. Can’t wait for the next visit!
Karen L, 6 months agoThe RUDE staff reviews all over Google seemed so true when I walked in the store on Saturday 14/06/26, around 3.45 pm. The staffs pretended they didn’t see me. No, they weren’t busy! After browsing there for a while, I was finally asked by one of them! Worst customer service. Obviously looks like no body cares much about the Google reviews as staffs attitude hasn’t changed!
