We had a great time with Nel for three hours painting and filling chocolate hearts and learning about different types of chocolate from around the world. Everything he gave us/made was delicious! He was very easy going and generous with his time, knowledge and ingredients. Highly recommend for groups of 4-6!
Eleanor Grimshaw, 4 months agoMy husband and I took the chocolate making class while visiting Christchurch. It was amazing! We leaned a lot about the process of making chocolate, and Nel is clearly both passionate and knowledgeable. He makes everything from scratch and clearly knows his craft. Add to that, the chocolate is soooo delicious! I’d definitely recommend Mind Your Temper. If you don’t have time for the class, make sure you buy some treats!
Lauren Zale, 11 months agoWe had the best time doing the chocolate class. It was absolutely delicious, super informative and the most lovely host. Highly recommend doing this, was an amazing event to do with friends. I would definitely do this again.
