Had a fantastic experience dropping into One NZ Hornby today! Even though I was just browsing and seeing if they knew when the new iPhone was launching the team went above and beyond with their friendly and welcoming service. I'll definitely be back next month to pick up the new iPhone!
Andrew Goodwin, 2 months agoWent into store for new telco provider. Asked to change to e-Sim, and told by the salesman that I can't have one without obtaining a new phone number. Then when he realized that we wanted 2 x pre pay plans, he lost interest and was very rude and unhelpful. Very disappointed with this store. Will try another store next time we are in town, as the web site says we can do the e-sim but need to go in to a store.
Mark n Penny T, 4 months agoThese guys are clowns my father went in to get his phone number switched over from 2° to one and they mucked up the whole process and didn’t fill out the change over paperwork properly. We then wasted heaps of time then on the phone trying to set things up and he told my father he had moved over the SIM card when had never even taken it out of the packet.
