Illegal parking within the restricted parking zone on Martbern Cres Cotswold School entrance, friday morning 28/2/2020 around 8.50am, license plate MBH644. No photo as i was driving, and by the time i had pulled over where it was safe to do so and had got out my phone they were driving away. I felt this was important to let you know about considering this particular parent is a repeat offender that clearly isn't receiving the safety message, and considering your choices of placement of wardens this week.
