The reporter’s words

Hi, I go to Radley Park everyday and today I noticed that wood chip has been put down in Dog Exercise area, amongst the wood chip I found a rather large bent aluminium nail 60mm, the chip does not appear to be bark but used timber I also noticed there is lots of wood with blue paint. I have concerns , why would wood chip with paint and nails be put down in a dog exercise area with at least one nail and a possibility of many more by the looks of the wood chip used, blue paint on the wood could be environmentally bad and dangerous for dogs if they chewed the wood. The nail or possible nails also are a hazard for dogs and the children who also enjoy playing on the dog exercise apparatus. As you can tell I am very upset, I have 2 dogs and many friends that bring their dogs and children to Radley Park regularly. Thanks
