The corner of annex and Wigram road is an ongoing serious safety concern and has been for number of years now. Daily at all times there are vans and trucks driving and parking on the footpath, blocking the road impacting the footpath the road and the cycle lane. The footpath is significantly damaged due to these illegally parked vehicles. https://www.harrisonbloy.co.nz
