The reporter’s words
Vehicle (trailer with rubbish) & yacht on trailer kept on council land/right of way alongside Bradford Park - area used as private parking/storage facility, overflow for amount of property landowner cannot fit onto their own section. Can we all store vehicles/property on this land? Owner often opens and traverses area late at night/early morning. How can I get a key please to use as storage facility?
