Contacted council 18 months ago approximately. Myself & neighbour wrote detailed letters to council with photos of vehicles parking on corner Lane Street & Rutherford Streets. Site visit conducted & told in due course new soil/grass resign or restriction. Zip has happened - really disappointing - it's an absolute shit hole now thanks to no action taken by any department. A waste of time one might say. Shame on councils part I say. Not only an eye sore but a place now where vehicles can park unrestricted and scour the remaining grass area. Used to have sign up some years ago - not now. So what will council do? Send another person to report & then what? Not important enough? Other priorities.. no wonder proud people like myself become disillusioned with what should be a dutiful response CCC - here's my cell - call me and tell me some good reasons you can't look after your own turf.
