The reporter’s words
A contractor has been out and replaced the tap that supplies water to our house and the neighbours house because it was rusty. Our water pressure has decreased by about two thirds, we cannot use more than one tap at once and the pressure is low using one tap. The elderly neighbours behind have the same problem.
