Roading/Streets
Reported Sunday, 5 April 2020 at 6:57 pm, 5, Menzies Street, Sumner, Canterbury, 8081, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This is for the people who maintain the streetlights. The streetlight outside 120 Nayland street in Sumner is either misaligned or has a defective reflector. It shines brightly into our upstairs bedroom window and keeps us awake. This is despite our house at 5 Menzies St being about7 houses distant from the light. It has been like that for several months. Maybe the lampfitting moved in an earthquake. When you next have a street light maintenance crew in Sumner please would you level or repair this streetlight. Many thanks Alisdair Hutchison
