I was wondering who went mad with a bulldozer down at North Beach and Waimairi Beach? There's no need for such destruction! Grasses and ice plants torn up and dumped by the sea, sand dunes dug into, an access way closed off for no reason... Please explain. This is my natural area, a place I retreat to. What are you doing to it?
