Hi. 3rd time now, all at same time 2 yearly apart. blockage of tree roots in our drain pipes out at foot path. council notified last time/2018 that they would come clear but never did. looking for refund of this bill please but also like for council to clear the root as how it is will just grow over again in the drain and block us again. have video footage also if required, just can not add here. thanks hope to hear soon.
