Roading/Streets
Reported Thursday, 11 June 2020 at 12:33 pm, 111E, Riccarton Road, Riccarton, Canterbury, 8041, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Enable network cover is not properly secured. The loose cover makes a loud noise when depressed by traffic; eg frequent 5 min busses. This noise is alarming to pedestrians at adjacent crossing.
