Parks
Reported Friday, 26 June 2020 at 4:04 am, 213 Marine Parade, New Brighton, Christchurch 8061, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
not Parks, Facilities option not available? Wear and Tear of the Rental component of the Pier Terminus, ie. Salt on the Pier. Glass panels are peeling and damaged, the concrete exterior walls opposite are damaged. Floor tiles cracked and broken. This needs a site visit. I am available anytime. The New Owners are very disappointed at the condition of this Council owned commercial Rental . The rest of the Massive building is in great shape. Thanks
