Flooding
Reported Monday, 29 June 2020 at 8:02 am, 2, Carrs Road, Halswell, Canterbury, 8025, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Flooding on this corner that has no drainage. Putting one cone there doesn’t really solve the problem. This is a safety issue as vehicles have to cross the centreline time avoid the water. How was a new subdivision built behind this but developer doesn’t have to make entrance road safe??
