Recently the council upgraded the grass verge outside 221 Cashmere Rd to level the ground to allow water into the drains. Due to works from Cashmere Park subdivision this has unleveled it and caused flooding right where I need to pull in and out with my car at 221 Cashmere Rd. This is beyond frustrating as finally the council gave me a nice place to park and now im back to sliding through the mud as the water is pooling and not reaching the drains. The photo was taken BEFORE the latest rains and is worse now.
