Parks
Reported Sunday, 19 July 2020 at 1:26 pm, Hillsborough, Canterbury, 8022, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
An election sign has been erected on a fence with the boundaries of the public park. I recognise the right for home owners to display such signage on their fences, however in this case the sign is clearly on the parks side of the fence, rather than on the ‘street side’. I’m sure it would be best for candidates not to display their signage in public parks.
