Barrier fence broken. Wire rope between Worsley Rd snd Westmorland Heights subdivision has been snapped by a vehicle. Access to Westmorland Heights from Worsleys Rd is supposed to be restricted. Thus report submitted by Westmorland Residents Association.. thanks.
