what can be done with this? I live just in front of this housing NZ development, this keeps happening every week, and all the rubbish blows up and end up in my front garden/lawn, also this is a health hazard, they keep dumping dirty nappies and soiled paper then I have to clean them from all over my house, please can you help me in some way or point me in the right direction??
