Parks
Reported Monday, 8 February 2016 at 12:22 pm, Westburn Terrace, Burnside, 8041, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
As you can see, the Westburn Tce bike park is very popular. The condition of the toilets is appalling. They are dirty, dark and a bit gross! I also need to question why the rubbish collection truck needs to drive through the park and kids on a public holiday to empty the one rubbish bin?
