These traffic lights need the sequence changed. All day they show ref arrows to the left and right both ways. Even when no cyclists or pedestrians are present. It’s holding up straight through traffic on Waterloo rd due to left turning car on red arrow block straight lane. And right turn no need for red arrow when there’s no pedestrians.
