Roading/Streets
Reported Wednesday, 26 August 2020 at 8:39 am, Sparks Road, Canterbury 8025, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Right turn filter lane turning north off Sparks Road into Henderson Road. No sensors in filter lane. Sat there for three cycles of the lights on red arrow. Would still be there now if hadn't abandoned. What's the point in putting a filter lane in then holding traffic permanently on a red arrow.
