Roading/Streets
Reported Thursday, 3 September 2020 at 4:05 pm, 9 Blakiston Street, Hoon Hay, Christchurch 8025, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
The trees growing in the front yard of this property are so far overgrown past the property boundary that the footpath is all but unusable as shown in photos. This is even worse after any rain when the berm turns to mud straight away from all the foot traffic and children on scooters having to move off the seal and go across the grass, or otherwise cross the road without a controlled crossing which can be especially dangerous around school start and finish times with high traffic flow.
