Rubbish/Recycling
Reported Monday, 7 September 2020 at 8:30 am, 40, Port Hills Road, Heathcote Valley, Canterbury, 8022, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Every Rubbish day the red bin driver in Heathcote chumps the empty bins all over the footpath. Blocking access to children, mothers with prams, people walking dogs and the elderly. He obviously is in a hurry to finish his round.
