Clear the cloth coverings of the drains as the workers just left them covered after grassing the area. The grass seed has been washed away as the flooding from blocked drains happened. Mow the verge that has been a constant issue for 7yrs and the ccc boss assured me it was added onto the mow list after reporting it hundreds of times as its missed every 6mths on the mowing list.
