The reporter’s words
Two parking wardens have attended and refused to ticket this car which is very clearly parked on the berm. The last parking warden matter of factly said they “cannot be bothered”. Can you please clarify if this car is illegally parked and if so, why council has refused to ticket it on numerous occasions?
