Pollution - General
Reported Wednesday, 23 September 2020 at 8:18 pm, 298A Hoon Hay Road, Hoon Hay, Christchurch 8025, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Hi I've heard these Street lights can be dimmed? These street lights are impacting our sleep quality. We have had to upgrade our curtains to black out curtains and still our room is affected by these street lights. I am disappointed there hasn't seem to be much consideration into the impact these have with light pollution. Please if there can be shields of some sort to better direct the light and minimise lighting up residential living I would appreciate investigation into this. Thank you
