Hi Over the past 2 weeks there has been a huge increase in Dogs barking at 66 Sparks Rd. I have spoken to a young Indian guy there who has said they're not his dogs but will let dog owners know. But there hasn't been any improvement. noise is a lot through out day and occasionally at night. I have also noted that there is now 2 dogs there, where there used to be 1. I have also heard a guy yelling at dog and obviously hitting dog as it was yelping. Very distressing to hear.
