Road Signage
Reported Tuesday, 13 October 2020 at 9:12 pm, 177–181, Fendalton Road, Fendalton, Canterbury, 8052, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Traffic management have put up a big sign blocking the view. Driving on Fendalton Rd Heading towards the airport - I used the turning lane to turn right into Waiwetu st. I could not see the traffic coming towards me as it is completely blocked by the sign. As it's dark I could see headlight reflection but could not judge the distance. We approached Men at Work to advise them if this hazard and they said the sign must go there. There is a whole island strip here so the sign could be moved to a much safer position.
