Traffic. With the major roadworks at this intersection, traffic heading down Antigua street should have a green right-hand arrow. With everything being pushed off Selwyn Street down Antigua, and everything also being pushed up Antigua, there is no opportunity for any traffic turning right. That should be changed, at least while the roadworks are on
