You can see in my previous rates invoices you have been charging me more than what I was supposes to pay, you had my capital value wrong by $105,000.00. This meant I was paying more than I should have been. Can you credit that adjustmemt to my rates account please and invoice me a new a instalment 2 for this year, ( with the adjustment of credit).
