For CTOC Two (2) sign bases, without cones, blocking drop-down kerb or path across London St between the drop-down kerbs. Nice trip hazard .... sad that neither Wilson's Traffic or CTOC care (or maybe CTOC could stop being useless and actually do their job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
