This Fulton Hogan fencing has been on Clifton Terrace since 22 February 2011. It now has reduced to a mess of fences, not providing any safety whatsoever and causing mayhem, in regards to blocking the view for drivers to see oncoming vehicles and too narrow on the footpath side not allowing people to walk safely let alone with a pram. Could it be removed please?
