Rubbish/Recycling
Reported Wednesday, 23 March 2016 at 8:40 am, 413–427, Breezes Road, Bexley, 8061, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
A council mower has just been over the stretch of road, it appears they don't give the slightest damn about checking for any rubbish in the grass before mowing it. As a result there is mutilated rubbish strewn all over the place. It looks more disgusting now the grass has been cut. When did the council stop caring about the environment?!
