Rubbish/Recycling
Reported Friday, 6 November 2020 at 1:29 pm, 16 James K Baxter Place, Addington, Christchurch 8024, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Once AGAIN stuff dumped outside council flats, Norman Kirk courts on James k Baxter place. This microwave and there is also a bed base blocking footpath down the road. YOUR tenants need to be accountable. Do something about it, getting extremely sick of it. Also send street cleaner to clean gutters from debris from council trees and recently thrown bark on the council garden, now in the gutter. When not cleaned this blocks drains and when it rains we have continued flooding when it rains. thanks.
