Parking outside Flax bar and eatery in Prestons. Problem for 2 years now. only gets worse during summer months. shoppers/diners parking on footpath. Small children on run bikes waiting to be reversed over. getting worse in daylight savings people park just about in the basketball court. need bollards and or signage before serious incident occurs.
