Raw sewage overflowing from manhole in Diamond Harbour. Flows to Morgan's Gully stream an directly into sea at Diamond Harbour beach. Beach needs to closed and warning signs put up. This is urgent! Why does it keep happening? Manhole is just downhill from the triangle at intersection on Waipapa Ave and Marine Drive
