Roading/Streets
Reported Wednesday, 25 November 2020 at 10:01 am, 321 Moorhouse Avenue, Christchurch Central, Christchurch 8011, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Right-turning arrow on traffic light from Moorhouse onto Manchester stays red too long after oncoming traffic has gone. It used to disappear after a brief period so that right turners could go when safe. Now the only time you can turn is on a green arrow.
