Roading/Streets
Reported Saturday, 28 November 2020 at 11:09 pm, CJ72+WW Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
The intersection turning North from Moorhouse into Manchester often shows a red arrow causing large queues that then start blocking other lanes. In this photo, there were no oncoming cars for an extended period, yet the queue of traffic was prevented from turning right by an unnecessary red arrow.
